Remove updater

Remove github plugin updater in preparation for Indigo 7.3

network disk alternate command

On newer operating systems, /Volumes is a protected directory, making the use of mount inappropriate. Plugin config now allows using open command instead. This will unavoidably also open a finder widow on the network disk.
