ImageVeil 0.1.0

This release extracts the image processing into another project ImageVeil Lib, so that it's easier to use for third party projects. It has to be installed via Maven to be usable in a Maven project.

First stable version of ImageVeil. It can Pixelise portions of images and add noise. It also can resize large images. Available languages are German, English and Spanish.
