Changes:

  1. Add .nvmrc to set the node version to use.
  2. Update the ruby version to the newest stable version.
  3. Set the python version to use.
  4. Updated the gems to the newest versions, except for pysch where version > 4 has compatibility issues as explained in this stackoverflow thread.
  5. Remove manual import of font-awesome-sprockets as it is no longer required to do, it's not included in the documentation but had an GH issue discussing it. Missing documentation about removal of font-awesome-sprockets FortAwesome/font-awesome-sass#207
  6. Rerun bundle install and yarn
