Providing the shell by ghc.nix with external C/C++ libraries, one can build gtk hoodle with up-to-date GHC HEAD (tested with 9.7.20230213). The Haskell dependencies were adjusted via head.hackage and a few customization (mostly gtk-related)
This provides a test environment for GHC upgrade and also can be used for testing javascript/webassembly backends.
