Update the library extra to be compatible with GHC HEAD (#153)

Note that GHC 9.6 is not affected. (therefore, the version of base should be bumped to 4.19 on GHC HEAD, but it was not implemented yet in the upstream.)

* update extra for ghcHEAD. due to Data.List change
* remove rebase artifact
