增加了时间设置项，在到期后未完成会收到通知。从创建任务时的进程 fork 出一个 nohup 的子进程去发送通知。
你说的脚本解析会在下个 PR 里增加一个注释解析，在任务的 description 中增加命令会被识别，在何时的时间执行。
