This softens the "sassc" dependency in order to allow for Dart Sass to be used, since Ruby Sass has been deprecated.

This softens the "sassc" dependency in order to allow for Dart Sass to be used, since Ruby Sass has been deprecated.
This is from FortAwesome#229 and we need it to upgrade away from sassc while keeping required functionality... Reused this commit to retain credit for the fix.
