Clarify the location of model-data #42

  • model-data is included in container-and-contstructs figure
  • model-data is included into the schema within the 'opsa-mef' tag
    just like the other container (fault tree, event tree, etc.)

No wording changes are introduced
because from the existing text it is clear that model data lives
outside of fault tree and components.

The proper handling was inferred from what XFTA accepts.

These fixes should suffice to close #15.

Anyone feel free to merge this PR and test out the new auto-deploy feature for the website.
I am just having too much fun by myself :-)
