This diff updates Yarn to 1.22.11 / 3.0.0, which should now both have smoothened the compatibility with Corepack (it's a bit more difficult for Yarn than for other package managers because we already had our own way of solving the same use case, and we don't want to break it - hence why some specific logic was needed to avoid falling into edge cases).
I've also updated the npm & pnpm version to their latest releases.
