1.0 Release

Now that the filesystem hierarchy is fairly stable, it's finally time for the first official release!

There are of course still future plans for this project, but these will come later.

Thanks to all the contributors for help in making this release possible!

There's also a second official repository which we would possibly like to move towards in the future.
