Introduction

Messages are scheduled for 11:00 - 12:00 or 16:00 - 17:00 each day. You are basically forcing GTD onto others...or pretending to do GTD yourself...

Setup

1. Enable Developer Tools by adding a check to File/Options/Customize Ribbon/Developer.
2. Open your VBA editor.
3. Add the code starting with "Option Explicit" your VbaProject.OTM file under Microsoft Outlook Objects/ThisOutlookSession.
4. Adjust your Developer/Macro Security to Notifications for all macros (and click Enable the next time you start Outlook).

Note: VbaProject.OTM is located in C:\Users[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook.
