Tests failing after new installation on Mac

Issue or question about MOOSE

I have removed all previous installations of Conda and MOOSE from my MacBook (M1 chip), reinstalled and built the tests. I am getting lots of failed tests, see attached log file. I have also attached the build output, which is showing some warnings. I have been through the troubleshooting page and can't find a solution. Please help!

This is a known failure. it is solved in the moose/next branch already.
The python package deepdiff, which we rely on for the test suite for the failing tests, was updated and performs checks differently.
You can safely ignore all the SCHEMADIFF failures
