This PR adds a new option
--i|inorderto tsv-sample. This option is used in simple and weighted random sampling to output the selected lines in original input order.As part of this the tsv-sample documentation was changed to better reflect the distinction between shuffling and random sampling. A number of other documentation changes were made as well, mostly involving tsv-sample.
