solveLP was unstable in v1.2.1. This is due to the fact that the
Hessian of the barrier problem can be singular. Since v1.2.0 did not
use the Hessian, it was more robust. v1.2.2 is thus a revert to v1.2.0
plus a tiny bug fix.
