Adding missing MC for Run2 and 2022

As requested in an email exchange with Konstantin, this PR is to add MC samples to the configs in 2022 pre and post EE. I attempted to be consistent with naming conventions with the samples already available, and followed similar conventions as those in the 2018 configs for files which were completely new (SingleTop, WJ).

I just noticed that newer MiniAOD samples exist for 2022. Many of them even have extensions. For example:

Do you suggest to use these v4 samples instead of the current v3 ones?

@DennRoy I agree, let's switch to MiniAODv4 where possible: it is what PPD recommends in the summary table

Do you think it's OK to mix MiniAODs v3 and v4 for 2022? I made some changes (not pushed so far), but some v4 samples are still missing.
Alternatively, if we want to get started with UL production, this PR could be merged for now, and I'll make a new PR for 2022 later.
About the remaining question of 2017 GT36 samples: Although there's no answer yet, I'd be fine with changing those back to the non-GT36 samples, given your arguments of consistency with other datasets.

Yes, consistency could be an issue... Do you know if there is some PPD feedback on whatever mix of v3&v4 could be used?
About GT36 for 2017- yes, let's move back to the previous samples for consistency.

I propose merging this PR once a rollback for the old GT for 2017 is implemented. A possible transition from miniAOD v3 to v4 for 2022 can be addressed in a separate PR.
