this is a quick hack to support LoRA Block Weight extension use <lora:FooBar:0.5:BlahBlah...> extended syntax.

such as

<lora:taiwandolllikenessV20_v20:0.3:OUTALL>
<lora:koreandolllikenessV20_v20:0.3:OUTALL>
<lora:ChineseDollLikenessV3.0:0.3:OUTALL>
<lora:JapaneseDollLikeness_v15:0.3:1,1,1,1,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0>
