Add features to cancel notifications

As mentioned in issue #16, I had to cancel a particular notification, then implemented these functions

Cancel all notifications

TiGoosh.cancelAll();

Cancel notification By id

TiGoosh.cancel(<id>);

Cancel notification with tag and id

TiGoosh.cancelWithTag(<tag> <id>);
