Currently you can run it with either the defaults or a set of arguments:

$ java MouseSim

or

$ java MouseSim numStartingMice maxNumMice maxRuntime gameSpeed

(You can set maxRuntime to -1 to enable infinite runtime. Default gameSpeed is 350.)
