added support for the MD-RX62H, all-in-one ESC/receiver/servo combo from HobbyKing. Changes are different pin-out for the MUX and inverted P-FET signal (was based on the XP-3A sourcefile). It says in the HK description that it is 1S to 2S. Is this true? Isn't it just 1S?

@sskaug I have no idea, never tested it with 2S.
