Not sure why, but the on-release workflow didn't seem to trigger - code

It should trigger on any Tag pushed. The release does perform a tag operation 🤔 Perhaps it isn't "pushed" though. Something to investigate.

Additionally, I think we should focus on fixing all the reshim stuff and quickly follow this release with those as the reshim stuff may resolve all our Homebrew woes, which this release will exacerbate again.
