简要描述

第三方应用suite_ticket问题
目前代码中suite_ticket设置的生效时间为10分钟，但是我查看日志企业微信给我们回调推送的时间间隔大概在7-14分钟，如果10分钟失效有概率会有几分钟suiteAccessToken获取不到，suite_ticket实际有效期为30分钟，建议改为30分钟失效
