Neuroevolution-Flappy-Bird

Neuroevolution, or neuro-evolution, is a form of artificial intelligence that uses evolutionary algorithms to generate artificial neural networks (ANN), parameters, topology and rules. In contrast, neuroevolution requires only a measure of a network's performance at a task. This time, we implemented Neuroevolution on our version of Flappy Bird. It's not perfect, yet. But we'll try our best to develop this program to maximize its potential.
