Statistical Agnostic Mapping (SAM)

Description

A framework based on SLT that provides similar activation maps than the ones obtained by the voxel-wise SPM, but defined on ROIs, under a rigorous development in scenarios with a small sample/dimension ratio and large, small and trivial effect sizes.

Usage

  1. Download and extract the package to a local folder.

  2. Open Matlab and navigate to the folder containig SAM.

  3. Run SAM GUI by entering 'sam' in the Matlab Command Window.
