The nf-core/ChIPseq documentation is split into a few different files:
installation.md- Pipeline installation and configuration instructions
usage.md- Instructions on how to run the nf-core/ChIPseq pipeline
output.md- Document describing all of the results produced by the pipeline, and how to interpret them.
