- We should have Jorge review the spreadsheet, in particular item 10
- Covering ontologies is something we should do - but we shouldn’t try to solve problems unsolvable for 20 years; we should be able to leverage standards and make it pluggable
- BIDS - https://bids.neuroimaging.io/ provides a great example standard that we can model how we transform external datasets into something internally consumable
- Check out BIDS extensions - https://bids.neuroimaging.io/get_involved
- The “internal representation” does not need to be FHIR - we don’t need to over-complicate it.
