This PR enables logging for all orbit-db components by setting the
DEBUGenvironment variable topinion:orbitdb. You can still usepinion:*to get ALL the output orpinion:storeManager,pinion,ipfsto get everything except orbit-db logs.I'm using the debug module just for env variable parsing here.
