Major changes including Z-Wave

This release has some major changes to the plugin including adding Z-Wave device support, fixed a number of bugs, and general clean up of Insteon/X-10 support with the UDI.

The developer has this running against V7 Indigo/v5 UDI, so it should work with any recent version.

Initial open source release

After tweaking to work with Indigo 6, marked at the 1.0 release.
