Emphasize more that its better to remove deprecated files when upgrading Elgg #7225

Right now it says in the upgrade instructions "You may also consider..." regarding the removal of the old version's files. Maybe it's better the other way round, i.e. saying that the preferred way is to remove all files of the old version while mentioning that simply overwritting the old version might also work in most cases but could result in issues difficult to track down.
