This is mostly all backend stuff, 0 visual impact aside from code block highlighting. - Tidied tables to be equal size. - Applied the following markdownlint rules: - MD009 - MD022 - MD031 - MD032 - MD040
Added links in each heading that takes the user to that extensions `README.md` file
