[Bug]: Visiting "Usage" in the UI causes a server error #5756
Comments
Run this script - your console probably raised the same issue @K-Mistele https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/blob/main/db_scripts/create_views.py |
I'm deploying via docker, so manually running a script from source is not ideal. If the goal of Docker is "this works out of the box", shouldn't this be automatically executed if it's needed? Seems like maybe a PR is needed to update the entrypoint. |
Hi @K-Mistele you're right. We had to migrate the view creation logic out of proxy startup b/c of errors on large tables. But it shouldn't make the quick start experience worse. Hoping to have a solution for this by EOD. Thank you for the feedback |
No problem! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help; I'm pretty handy with python and docker. |
fixes base case, where user starts proxy for first time Fixes #5756
Thanks - i should have a fix out for this by EOD. |
Updated logic to check for base-case where proxy is started for first time, and create views then, else raise warning. |
exciting, thanks for the fix! is this included in the recent release @krrishdholakia? |
Not yet. it's this PR - #5793 it should be live by EOD |
