Convert BIN to Flipper Zero compatible NFC format

Usage

Drop FlipMiibo.py into directory containing BIN files
Open a terminal and navigate to that directory
Run python3 FlipMiibo.py
Move newly created .nfc files to your Flipper Zero's sd card.
