PR #284 adds a dependency on Try::Tiny in Makefile.PL, the dependency seems to be missing from the installation document.

MooseX::Getopt is required and listed in the installation document. MooseX::Getopt, or rather MooseX::Getopt::Basic.pm, requires Try::Tiny. All OSs install MooseX::Getopt with binary package so Try::Tiny must be available through binary package.

FreeBSD: p5-Try-Tiny

Yes I it is available as binary package,
Debian / Ubuntu: libtry-tiny-perl
Centos / RockyLinux: perl-Try-Tiny
