Missing class Zend_Service_Console_Command

Class Zend_Service_Console_Command used by some classes in Zend\Service\WindowsAzure\CommandLine is missing,

I've done some digging... the only references anywhere in the framework to Zend_Service_Console_Command are in the Zend_Service_WindowsAzure_CommandLine subcomponent. Looking through the history, I don't see any evidence of it having ever existed in the first place, which makes me wonder how this has ever worked.

I've got @ezimuel also investigating, and we'll see if it's something we think can be addressed for 1.12.6, or if we'll need to do more work to make it happen.

I confirm that the Zend_Service_Console_Command class never existed in ZF1. I tried to contact the original author of Zend_Service_WindowsAzure asking for help. I guess the missing class is Microsoft_Console_Command reported in the old Azure PHP SDK here: http://phpazure.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest#trunk/library/Microsoft/Console/Command.php
I will let you know if I'll any news.
