Thanks for adding the possibility to exclude files based on extension. fix 42

I tried to make a list but some folders in my library contain next to the XCI or NSP files a raw SD-Card dump / atmosphère folder without extension so excluding all those files are a pain to manage.
Also I just was wandering about why SLM would include all non supported files by default as SLM would not read or process them anyway.
So as an addition or modification to fix 42 is it possible to alter the default behavior in file exclusions?

Suggestion:
SLM by default:
Only processes files like NSP, XCI which SLM does parse

Include files based on extension by adding them in the config.json config file (question remains why adding non supported files here?, guess non default file extensions for XCI or NSP like files?)

Thanks for listening :)

the app currently only scan nsp, nsz, xci, xcz files which it support but reports an error for other files, but i guess we might want to add a flag to ignore the "errors" all together

Super! would be a nice addition to declutter the results of scanning. I use SLM to scan my downloads (torrents) and some come with files not recognized by SLM. Because I don't want to touch this Torrent folder I can only exclude so many files found now but there are too many different extensions to exclude.
