[DEV]: Option to send developer logging to file instead of console.log

Some developer output is currently written using the JavaScript function console.log. That's fine when debugging on a desktop (and perhaps another environments) where it is simple to access the chrome developer window using control + shift + I.

However it does not seem possible (or at least very difficult) to access this on other platforms such as smart phones.

Describe the solution you'd like

A user option that would specify that the output goes to a markdown file in the vault.

This will be useful in diagnosing the issues related to #1033.
