File blob store does not work, missing UUID

I have exactly the issue described below. Blob store setup correctly but cannot upload images

I'm using the File type Blob for the moment, and the default path is /nexus-data/blob/default. Nothing has been changed.
After some further testing, I have been able to isolate the issue, which is not the blob file but related to the postgres. Nexus Pro without HA works file but as soon as I add the postgres db, I get the error message.
