phase 1 includes uploading to Imgur anonymously; currently does not sign in to a user's account in any way.

Currently able to upload images to user's Imgur account, and refresh OAuth access token.

I finished this feature a while ago, and since then, people have been testing it. It works fine in Chrome, and it throws a warning in Opera due to a permission that Chrome recognizes, and Opera doesn't (see #31). I think it's ready to be integrated in the main project, but let me know if any code cleanup or other changes need to be done first.
