pyloess: a numpy wrapper to lowess and stl.

Build with Conda

  • Install Conda
  • Create conda environment: $ conda create -n pyloess python=3 gcc numpy pip
  • Activate environment: $ source activate pyloess
  • Install: $ python setup.py install
