I don't really know how to verify it works, but it matches what the docs say!
I restarted the GCC job. On the first run, the configure / make step took 161secs. ccache speed it up to ~87secs. |

ccache caches C compiler output and speeds up compiling the same file a lot.
Kudos to Alex for the idea.
