Data file only partially opening?

I am brand new to Potree. I have the desktop version working fine, but the online version of the same file is not quite working correctly. The interface appears to load (mostly) okay, and under the Scene/Point Clouds section, the name of the cloud appears. But in the main window, nothing appears at all. Changing all sorts of view settings does nothing. At one point, I think I saw a red dot representing the origin, but that's it. Curiously, the first icons under Measurement and Navigation appear to have 'broken link' icons. I think that has something to do with an incorrect configuration somewhere because it shows up that way in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. There are also no checkmarks next to the Scene settings.

Any suggestions as to where I should look next?
