hex pacage?

Hi I'd be quite intersted to have a erlang-xxhash hex package.

I'd gladly prepare a pull request if you'd want to publish it.

@benoitc you already own erlang_xxhash package in hex. Would you please create a PR and publish the latest version on hex.pm?
