同步复刻

除非需要独立维护自己的复刻分支，一般情况贡献后，可以直接使用同步复刻按钮 使自己的复刻分支与上游同步一直。所以，不需要每次删除复刻再重新复刻。

存在冲突的情况下，考虑是否需要同步重置
