Subject: Technical support required for chat "Graphing Assistance Inquiry" in MAT module

Dear Support Team,

I hope you can help me with an urgent technical issue I encountered while working with ChatGPT module MAT.

I have conducted an important chat titled "Graphing Assistance Inquiry" which contains information essential to my work. Unfortunately, the system has encountered a problem that makes further communication in this chat impossible. The system tells me that it cannot continue working and I get an error message that milestones and summaries are no longer accessible.

Here are some details about the issue:

Module: MAT (Mathematical Assistance Tool)

Chat title: Graphing Assistance Inquiry

Issue: The chat cannot continue; no access to milestones and summaries.

I have already backed up the entire content of the chat, however, due to this issue, I am unable to continue working on it. I would therefore ask you to look at the log and state of this chat to find possible solutions. I would really appreciate if you could help me to resolve this issue as I am in dire need of this information.

FYI: I work with both the normal ChatGPT version and an enterprise version, but I do not want to switch to the enterprise environment at the moment as I have completed some ongoing projects in the normal version.

I thank you in advance for your support and look forward to your feedback.

Best regards,
O.M.
