Prebuilt macOS binaries missing #1239

According to https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/install#prebuilt-binaries-1, there is supposed to be prebuilt MacOS to download from https://github.com/facebook/watchman/releases/latest. now looking at issue history, there has been reported MacOS missing, issue#1190 and issue#1199 reported same but no update.
I am trying to avoid involve brew cuz am looking for mass deployment for labs.
looking at https://github.com/facebook/watchman/actions/workflows/getdeps_mac.yml, it kept failing.
will there be continued support for macOS prebuilt-binary?
