Adds a MapView to the MapFragment that shows the current location of the user if the proper permissions are set
- Users who do not set location permissions are still able to view map, and the camera is centered on Durham, NC
FIxed issue where the wrong fragment was loaded in the List tab after rotating phone orientation
Removed all uses of !! non-null safe operator
