Checked all 5 pages (365-369).

I was a bit unsure of what to do with the following bit, which seems to have been modified in 2009:

		# The following 2 lines seem to have no purpose at all.
		# I am removing them because they only serve to confuse
		# the assembler by getting in between EXTEND and MP.

I removed the comment & uncommented the code, as the contribution guidelines for this repo say to strictly follow the original source code. I'm assuming that is desired, but will happily revert that if it is preferred.
