(Vanilla) Protecting the Shipment

"Protecting the Shipment" Quest #309

Once you defeat the dwarves who attack, you turn in the last quest "After the Ambush" from the quest chain leading to "Protecting the Shipment." You take this quest from Miran but he never starts walking the escort, so no way to finish.

There seems to be missing waypoints for a lot of escort quests. When you meet one of those, look for the quest ID in the db in the "quest template" table and type .quest complete {questId} in the console, make sure you have gm level set to 3. That won't fix the missing waypoints but you can carry on with the quest chain.

Yeah, I do just that but I usually get the quest ID at Wowhead (it's in the url). Thanks for taking the time to post.
