The outside circle and the inner red circle are perfectly centered (done in sketch). As you can see they do not are completely aligned. When I zoom in they become perfectly aligned.

The outside circle and the inner red circle are perfectly centered (done in sketch). As you can see they do not are completely aligned. When I zoom in they become perfectly aligned.
