I am having trouble building the documentation on Python 3.4. The error seems to be due to a duplicate option (medium_color) in the armstrong theme.conf file:

configparser.DuplicateOptionError: While reading from '/home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/rdflib-4.2.0/docs/_themes/armstrong/theme.conf' [line 40]: option 'medium_color' in section 'options' already exists
