z-index Bug of '#banner' element of projects.html page

Description

The '#banner' element is overlaying the navigation bar (I only saw it on the mobile version of the site) on the projects.html page and also on the tutorial.html page A 'z-index = 0;' in the element fixed the bug when inspecting the page
